I purchased this dress for my Granddaughter's wedding. It was perfect, she loved it, it fit well; just had to shorten the shoulder straps a little; it was of very good quality, arrived when promised. Carole looked absolutely beautiful in this dress - definitely the lovely bride! I must admit, that I was a little nervous purchasing such an item, on the internet, but I was impressed with the quality, the way it was packaged and delivered.

i just recently bought this dress and it is a very pretty dress but i think the picture is kinda deceving. The color is alot darker on this then in person to me, also i thought the broach was metal and it stiched on. but i do love this dress and the other dress i bought!

It will take 18-20 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-6 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS) standard.

Time schedule

Please take note that we have no inventory of most of the dresses. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 25~30 days for making.

Custom Size & Color

It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout. Learn more about our policy of the custom made dress.

Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

How to submit custom size & color?

Return & Exchange

eastbridal.com wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by eastbridal.com within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless eastbridal.com is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

How to Measure (Note: Even if there is some flucuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification.)


Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
