I just ordered this as my wedding dress for my small, simple wedding this October.I was a little nervous about ordering this particular dress since there were no reviews done about it, but I absolutely fell in love with it when I saw it & figured for the price I would give it a try.Most of the other dresses had wonderful & helpful reviews to assist would-be purchasers, so hopefully this will help someone else who is skeptical about this dress.Nonetheless, I am excited & anxiously awaiting my wedding dress.I will review again after I receive my order.I hope I will make my groom-to-be proud!

It will take 18-20 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-6 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time
are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS) standard.

Time schedule

Please take note that we have no inventory of most of the dresses. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 25~30 days for making.

Custom Size & Color

It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout. Learn more about our policy of the custom made dress.

Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

How to submit custom size & color?

If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please click here to submit your detailed size measurement after checkout.

Please take note that colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to the nature of printing and other media used to show items.

Return & Exchange

eastbridal.com wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by eastbridal.com within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless eastbridal.com is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise's quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact with us within 7 days upon receipt. How to Measure (Note: Even if there is some flucuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification.)


Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
