I ordered this dress and got it two days ago. They sent me the wrong color. It was their mistake and they cant fix the problem. I have even gone as far as buying a calling card to call China and spoke to their Mangager Ruby who told me she can not help me with my problem. Apparently their mistake is my problem. I don't recommend making any purchases from this company due to lack of customer service and communication in English. I understood that they don't take returns but if they make a mistake they should correct it. As for the supervisor Jack. I still have not even recieved a reply to any of the emails I have sent. Don't waste your time or money with this company. You are better off spending more money and getting what you ordered. My mother always told me that cheap turns out to be more expensive in the end and she was right.

Return & Exchange

eastbridal.com wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by eastbridal.com within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless eastbridal.com is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

How to Measure (Note: Even if there is some flucuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification.)


Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
