I have selected this dress for a summer wedding. It is well done, the materials are of a good quality. it took 1 month to actually make the dress, but it was shipped in just a few days ahead of schedule. I am a satisfied customer. It fits me perfectly.

remeber watching Bride Wars and saying to myself, that is exactly what i would wear for my wedding. Of course, in india you don't get wedding gowns like this. and people were changing me as much money as the budget of my wedding to get one stitched.

I have to say, I loved the ease with which I found this dress, custom ordered it and the timeliness in receiving it. I am nervous about trying it on, although since I ordered it I have droppes a few pounds. When I get home from vacation, I will try it on with my wedding planner!!

Return & Exchange

eastbridal.com wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by eastbridal.com within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless eastbridal.com is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

How to Measure (Note: Even if there is some flucuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification.)


Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
